This week, our last class, we will be having two favorites. The first, KD Paine will be speaking on how to measure social media, its impact and ROI. Our class will fitting close with a presentation by Giovanni Rodriguez who has spoken to several past classes, and who will address the "Unbundling the Enterprise: The Next Big Frontier for Social Technology". Giovanni is a noted innovator, author, and public speaker on organizational leadership and marketing. He will be discussing a new book he is writing for O'Reilly Publications that explores the next wave of innovation on the cutting edge of social, leveraging a number of converging technologies that enable businesses to have a direct engagement with their customers, online and offline.
Giovanni is a senior member of the social-technology team at Deloitte Consulting LLP where he helps to design new services in the digital/social/mobile arena and a columnist for Forbes.
